Well getting lot of tweets, face messages and forwarded emails...everyone is talking about .corruption...it's currently India' s second struggle for independence ...

What a shame... We have come to see this day...someone send me email saying English came to India and it took 200 years to take whatever we used to call "sone kee chidiyaa" turn into poor country...they took about 1 lac crore rupee ...and it seams corruption took
About 280 lac crore in 60 years....

In reality..India became more poor and more corrupt...country..by saying honest people became poor and corrupt people rich and holding power, money and politics. How sad is that ..when we got independence we relied on these rich..educated people and politician to build this country..but they build their big kothari, big thaili ..big hands to ask for vote and money..for everything...

First of all ..do I feel what Anna jee is feeling ...may be yes...but do I feel more about our forefathers seen...I dream about that everyday...
They gave people the key to everything ...vote...be honest and elect honest ....we failed...so they failed....

Do I think ..lokpal can be greater then democratically elected members...no ...not at all...but we have not solved the problem by these people in so many years....I don't see future...

I feel it will be worst thing to do that..we create another body which will have power over members elected by the people...for the people...
..but in current scenario ..sarkari ..sevak ..naukari kartey hain aur sahib samajhatey hain...

So may be Anna jee will bring lokpal and hope this will cut some rope for this idiots.

I think after using pads, slates and tabs ..I feel apple has definitely fixed the future for few year...considering that what other manufacturer for both OS or device can learn something.

1. Device
Make is less than 200$, 16gb, wifi
For 250$ 3G and or 32gb

.2. OS:---You need ten things to take care that's it.
1) Speed
2) no crappy touch screen, or resolution.
3) social ..Facebook, twitter, email client
4) creativity.. Camera with edit and basic enhancement feature.
5) productivity. Office and PDF reader
6) browser capable of running current 90% web content.
7) game ...some emulation is enough..if u Want to sale apps then current platform are doing good.
8) education.. Should have apps education I.e. Calculator graphs ..grading, book reader
9) ebook reader... All of platform already has...bn, kindle ePub
10) music and video....most basic mp3 player has.

I guess all are not much to ask....
Microsoft can do it...just release it for less than 250 ..else u know HP has most of it and failed ..but price drop made everyone to run for it.

Religious devotion doesn't always translate into strong moral ethic..So we are not

Although the first thing many Indians do when they wake up is pray..but still corrupt.

This is special story i have seen when i was kid ...in streets of India this kind of show was very common before television take over...

Theme was this monkey circus show master will ask the male monkey to do all kind of funkey roles ..like dancing ..riding bicycle singing ..and at the end holding bowl to ask for money when he thinks he has earned that much after showing fun to public...

Master has to say..dont forget the last one..so everyone will try to give something..there must be something good at the end...I did not understand then much..but now i laugh so hard ..on it...

My Dream Car

I just wonder if somehow i can manage to have Leyden jar (a device that stores static electricity) as my battery pack and can manage somehow drains in days rather in seconds as it happens with static electricity.

One of the worlds biggest problem of energy crises and loosing valuable materials in terms of battery could be solved.

A Tesla car needs about 1000 pounds of battery to get you 250 miles per charge, same capacity can be achieved just by about 20-100 pounds of capacitive battery (i am using the term don't know it exist.).

What does this mean....A very lightweight, supper efficient and long lasting, lifetime (25 years) charge discharge cycle of car. What more can you ask.

Well...Considering all this, electric plane and rocket wont be difficult to imagine for flying sort distance and ...may be dreaming about flying car wont be bad idea :))

I think its interesting to you know if you don't care what others will say and not following in his/her footsteps, you can learn a lot. They are very good at first level warnings so you can be careful what mistake you can make.

They are the people who will help you to build your image like cleaning without soap if you are with such people its easy to identify ..what you should be not doing and what you should be careful of.

First of all, both are great company and both have some great strength in their field...What would i do if i can be head of Microsoft or Adobe

1) Microsoft

Seriously buy Adobe its less than 15bn, its cheap....put my OS strength and let adobe develop its AIR on top of my OS, which would be hardware and OS independent....Make lite apps using existing great cross platform tech, like HTML5, Java script and Flash or simple AIR apps. and release Windobe Phone .... :))

2) Adobe

Tie up with Microsoft for OS and bunch of hardware company specially graphic and processor to build AIR/Adobe support natively fast less memory consuming and nice...Develop my fancy apps as i made the whole internet look great using flash. Do the same charm for Phone..call it

....

What else ....should talk to this guys...Apple is great ...why because it brings right product on right time...rest of you damn people are follower...you know how to do but wait till someone cracks for you or hold urself for money to put more on consumer and so on ....There is no point Logitech to charge 400 for Google tv, or Samsung to charge 700 for galaxy tab....Who will buy if apple is giving u iPad for 500 and TV for 100$ ....

Bring what you have else will die, like Palm, Nokia and may be RIM if it does not do something soon....

Adobe and Microsoft u both have strength come up ....and compete... :), don't follow

I wrote an article back in 5/2007 What should be my new phone!!! , but i had thought about this since 2004, that time none of these were there. I chose HTC Wizard in 2005 then best, kept until chose blackberry, i was happy with that, but still missing something.

I was still in laptop for many things which i wanted to have in phone. I had most of application i use today in my current phone, skype, browsing, video, radio and online radios on htc wizard (Cingular 8125).

But still lacking, great feeling of touch phone, bad keyboard, sluggish programs, really bad multitasking, worst of all poor browsing.

Last year i jumped into finally a phone i like so far best iPhone 3GS( was waiting for apple to build something they have thought 3 years ago but will do in steps so people keep buying. Example, iPad there will be sure better screen and camera.).

And now i am so happy with iPhone buying iPhone 4 waiting for delivery :))

Whats best......Everything i said worst in other phones

1) Great browsing

2) Best touch the multi-touch

3) Great Music Player

4) Great Video Player

5) Great Apps thats runs fast and efficient.

6) Great Camera (iPhone 4)

What i do with all that...

1) Listen to music while jogging running

2) bathroom news reading

3) bedtime RSS reading.

I have always wanted to be Education Minister of India, Here is something i read about it, don't know will happen or its just promise...

A finest student, lawyer and parent i would guess since both of his son studied in one of the finest institution of the world, along with father being a alumni of Finest college from country and world.

What is he bringing to India, An Education which is dream so far, but definitely i liked this two:

1) No Exam till 10th, And common syllabus.
2) A common exam for all students, Science, Engineering, Law, Medicine, lets have the burden only once for one exam.

A Plea or Request:

1) Lets have common education by bringing some education to every corner of India,
Lets money should not be the factor for getting taught by finest teacher.

2) Lets technology be our teacher, days have gone, Gurus have become Garus (hindi-Vajan, English:-burden) they are just simply govt paid employee in most cases.

3) Distant education is not distant anymore, lets have widespread information about education to parents whose young children is waiting to do something good.

4) School is not the only place for learning anymore, a handled device can be a good enough teacher for millions of students who does not know lot of things.

5) Days of lalten (candle) is gone, solar powered LED lights can take away the darkness for whole night for less then 500 Rs for lifetime of a student in school.

6) Books for a student graduating could pile up to more than 50000 Rs in life of 15-16 years of study. Electronic book reader with free ebook could be less then 3000Rs could be good enough for those who cant buy biding and all those big books.

Sat Yuga everything was about truth..
Treta Yuga....created was about gods in this world in somewhat human forms ...like Lord Ram...etc
Dwapara Yuga...Hindu calls its the time when human classes and castes were created mostly by pundits and krishi munis...and there were lords, gods, kings and servants...
Kali Yuga is today what we see human are ruling the earth.......

Truth is the first thing before universe (Satnam Believes)

Just go back in history 10000 years ago...human has only his hand feet and animals hand and feet as biggest tools/machine to create things they want...

5000 years ago human got hold of some metals and started working on creating things that could stay longer and can exist...

some thousand years ago...human created wheels.....that was biggest invention in history so far

Its not been too long we know that the world is is globe and so does most stars...and everything else what we know of ..called atoms..and we are nothing but an odd structure of these atoms...

We call ourself living things..so does these plants ...trees, millions animals and billions micros which we cant see through our eyes.....

just few decades ago human created new machine which could not only move..talk, see and listen but also can think...called computers.

human needs foods, air and water along with climate condition...machine can be created without most of what human needs...all they need is basic electricity to create condition and power; on which they can sustain...with energy from sun they can have everything they want.....

When God created human..he was amazed ...oh my ... what a wonderful things i have done.....
When we created machines ...everyday we are thinking...my god...what a wonderful machine...I can listen to music...i can watch video..i can talk to friends and family ....i can order things ...so on and so forth...do i need anything in future .......

wait for a decades ...you will have a companion...which could be your friend, your mentor, your favorite pet even your pleasing partner..which could look like human.....damn you could forget about your girlfriend and wife...worst thing would be a kind of relationship...you will make with them

I am not scaring anyone but letting you know...what we are doing...
Is good/bad i dont know....i see transfer or delegation...of one yuga to another...

Few things that scared me which could be definite factor ...

when i was born--- my small village was covered 20-30% not used land..with plenty of trees and greeneries all around the year.....now i see 20-30% lands looks in brown color all around the years...some are taken by housings since population increased ..some or left barren because no water...and most of all...there are no new trees and more than 60% of all old trees are gone....

Trees are gone--why? ---There is no gas or electricity....trees and cow dungs were the most peoples meal maker energy source....machine came... cow gone....people started using woods..more and more...day by day..they burn most of the tree to cook meals...

What about lands...population caused the growth in family and house..lands captured and utilized...more underground waters used ..and small plants gone ....so i see the color of the muds all around...

This story of my village is repeated in almost 1 million habitants(villages/bastis) in rural India...and almost 70% of world population....

With all this scenes happening around the world..will human survive next century ...i doubt...in few decades....human will be most sophisticated .. warfare can destroy whole country with just push of one button....food and land shorted
will create biggest problem...and ultimately it will be war over nature...which will named ...ware between US-CHINA...INDIA-PAK..so on and so forth....who will survive out of this...

Today i had thought may be you will see company like apple or google made it...but here is my thought...

I see billians article are published in paper formats..i.e newspapers, magazines and books...only reason because its cheap now is publishing and distributing costs...so cheap that if goes to waste does not matter.

You have seen already two things

1) book reader like sony and amazon

2) projectors.

there are many types of computer now..one for each time we need something to do ...its helping everywhere.

We see its touching our basic senses:

Sight
Hearing
Touch

smell and taste will be next thing in future.

I am still considering touch, sight and hearing..device which could bring world without paper.

"Foldable, durable plastic like two page display computer thin enough like magazine connected to internet."

Its use is definitely indefinite as papers...cost can be lower then all...if you considering years of subscription and costs associated publishing and distributing.

It seams like everyday man has been fighting for one of these, most of religious leader are looking for truth, it does not matter..how...its been in history and it will be in future...

When Daily Routine Was Dependent on TV

I woke up at 6AM, came to look out of my beautiful apartment windows which is currently facing the nice small man made pond ...enough to call it lake, It was still Dark. Thought lets sleep its Saturday anyway, Next body clock woke me up with my daily work alarm ...thank god it was off, so just made myself easy took water and slept again...final call to getup was 10:15AM, issss...i lost so much of my morning.

Anyhow, The topic is about me, my childhood and my beautiful village, so does i gues it will be sharing 80% of people in India who has TV or Radio at least.

Year...1982-83 ..I was still young about 5 or 6 year old, but still remember my nanijee (maternal grand ma) used to make morning breakfast while there was beautiful tune of RAMAYAN was on air ...and used to say...Tulsidas ramcharitmanas.

Year 1985-90s...exact i wont say but..sure it was when i TV was new to most peoples life and RAMAYAN on TV was there things which will set ur breakfast, daily plan and afternoon meal.

Year 90-94...again around ..MAHABHARAT.....It was tune which dictated my routine as well...begining of highschool ...managing homework, mahabharat and setting up weekend getting up and sleeping before time :)

Today there is no such interest..and also at fingertip internet can play anything anytime :)

But i missed that..when i slept and felt not much of my day today.

Who put the trouble in economy?

Institutions i.e. banks, brokerage firms , companies and real estate lenders. They tried to suck the customer by creating a demand of things beyond customers stretch.

Thanks to western economy , where they have same set of infrastructure, and same set of consumer prices across country, and little bit different in salary thats also just because of housing market i would say.

But the most appreciating factor they have is, they can leave the trouble if thats what causing unhappiness in their lives, for example if they have house on loan which they are not able to pay the EMI every month, they will say banks take your house and i can live somewhere else where i will have job and house which can be supported my income.

In India, people thinks the house is something they have to pay and keep it until they Die in Paying EMI for 20-30 years, why because they will die but they will pay loan why because thats what they have been taught , why its the culture, banks did understood this and gave money to people who cant even pay the loan in their lifetime.

Now, look at the west, Everyone creating a hallow demand so they can rise the price, now they all are going bankrupt or loosing cash or in size of 1/5-1/10 what they used to.....

Who is responsible, consumer are not able to pay the cost they buy, so they returned what they buy and they are apprehensive about buying new.

Housing, All banks have paid money, houses returned to them, but they gave money to builder who selled the house for the price of double the value, now banks where thinking they are making money, builder were thinking they are making money and people were thinking they bought house...now sequence is opposite, consumer does not have enough money, builders properties going to be unused, and banks has lost assets......

This is my second election to see in US in last 5 years and this was something new , like watching what history is going to talk about for years to come in world.

US election 2000 was something, people remember that It only happens in US when winner(Bush 47.87%) was actually looser(to Al Gore 48.38%) by popular vote.

2008 election is history in many sense:

1) Obama a black President

2) A mix like most American, A Muslim decendent, A Man from more than one country in last two generation,A black and white combination.

Above All looking the picture above, more than anywhere in US, DC hates Bush so much that most people voted for Obama.

Means, Change was definitely needed.

I was getting into the history of two tree that has always been interesting to me ever since i was in primary grade kid and reading about the redwood forest( Redwood National Park and Yosemite Park) from a disposed news paper made cover of my notebook (exercise copy) to protect from duct so look new when you submit for yearly appraisal at school.

Second one was from the childhood stories told by old people lived in my village...Its Great Banyan tree from Bengal (near Kolkata) .

I used to hear in one you will lost and in another you can pass from tree with your vehicle.

One has more than 2500 roots (2880 aerial roots), other is about 2500 year old.

both of them has lost their parent root...

however one is still leaving with his 2880 aerial roots...and other one die because of massive snow(tones) stuck on tree .

The old saying “you die if you worry and you die if you don’t, so why worry?” is a very true. In fact you are more likely to die before your time ifyou do worry ।
मतलब चिन्ता करोगे तब भी मरोगे और नही करोगे तब भी ...तो चिन्ता ना करके ही मरना बेहतर है। एक और पुरानी कहावत है सुनता था जब बच्चा था ..... चिन्ता चीता का कारण बनती है।
चलो देखें चिन्ता के विषय में चिंतन करके की यह है क्या चीज। इसके कई कारण होते हैं ..उदहारण के तौर पे :
१। बच्चों को कपडे , खिलौने , खाने और उछल ख़ुद ना कर पाने की चिन्ता।
२। थोड़े बड़े होने पर पहनावे , दोस्त और समाज या अपने समूह में सम्मान की चिन्ता।
३। वयस्क होने पर कैरियर, गर्ल फ्रेंड की चिंता ।
४। शादी के बाद , बीवी , घर , परिवार , नौकरी , तनखा और टाइम मिले तो वीकएंड में क्या करना है की चिंता ।
५। और बच्चे बड़े हो गए तो एक और चक्र उनके चिंतावों की चिंता ...

अब जब सदाहरण लोगों की चिन्तावों की बात हो चुकी और फीर उत्तम की तो...कुछ उन लोगों की चिंता भी सुनी जाएः जो असदाहरण हैं ...भाई इन लोगों की चिंता का मुख्या कारण इनकी चिंता से ही शुरू होती है। जैसे की
१) झगडा : यार इसे तबाह करने वाली चीज की रेसिपी कह सकतें हैं।

२) गुस्सा: झगडे का मुख्य कारण गुस्सा होता है ...और यह आई तो किसी की नुकशान ही करेगी, किसी और की ना कर सके तो यह बड़ी जालीम है ..ख़ुद की कर जाती है...बुल्कुल उसी तरह ...जैसे ॐ बाण ...यह म्यान से निकली तो वापिस अन्दर नही जाती...सामने वाला नही भेदा गया तो ख़ुद की लहू उसे चखानी पड़ती है।

३) तनाव : गुस्सा एक तरह का तनाव ही है ...यह हमारे सभी तरह के फैसले पर बादल लाके घेर देते हैं ..और गलती होना स्वाभाविक हो जाता है....इस तरह यह तनाव चिंता की परमानेंट जड़ हमारे में जमा जाती है॥ फिर बहुत जल्द चीता दिखाई देने लग जाती है।

Dearest Friends,

Its surprise for everyone and it was for me...I met Dr Sheela (MD Internal Medicine) on 20th gave 3 days to each other and decided to marry on 27th. I had to do that...without much communication..since it has to be done in next 12 working days..to do her passport, marriage certificate and then Visa submission atleast 7 working days prior to interview and finally her visa interview on 14th Feb.

During this time...I had very limited phone connection with bar not rising and no Internet...couldn't make much effort also...i feel very sorry for that...but i had to do every paperwork to bring her along with me in next 12 working days.

I reached US along with her on 17th...Married and greatly happy with everything went well. Except i could not inform in advance to my friends and families as well. I sincerely apologize for same.

One of the biggest invention by mankind is wheel, ever since its existence people are trying to run as fast as they could on earth.

My journey on wheel started when i first made my own bullock cart by mud clay about age 5-6 and bought wheel from market 25 paise (0.4 cents) for 4 wheels.

I learned bicycle late like age 13, but ride bullock cart at age 7-8...its been always fun remembering things which counts.

At one point i was coming from Bombay to my hometown and it happened to be my luck i started talking to my co- passenger on Indian Railways, we started discussing about electric locomotives and how i had finished my graduation in electrical engineering and did training on electric motors..he found me interesting enough and offered to take me to engine cabin..he is employed by Indian railway as electric locomotive driver for the same division..and explained me how does railway signals and speed wheel works to control and I drove the rail engine with his instruction offcourse for about 5 minute and made speed 65KM near dongargard to further 85KM/hr...it was kind of lifetime experience.

I was inspired to write this sometime..some of my friends says do it ...and then today when i was driving newly rented Buick Enclave ...and felt this car both right and left mirror needs to be placed below the position currently it has...because during turns ...it blocks the view of curbs ...

I can give fair opinions about cars, I think so..because i have driven almost all major brands and their major models...I have rented with almost all car rental company in US and bought car from all possible sources..i.e. personal, dealer, craigslist, car websites ...even Ebay. I have personally owned 7 different cars in 3.5 years and rented atleast 50-60 times...I have never bought new cars because i rent and use them. I have not made money or lost its total + - deal but i have enjoyed in that process buying and selling cars. Here are the pictures of about 80% of the wheels which i have tried, It took me about 3 hours to collect the pictures of the cars which have driven..same year, model and colors matched in picture then making of collage.

After 12 hours of work everyday for last two weeks, I wanted to give myself a weekend i could remember so decided to go to a music concert. After working til 7:30PM on, I printed the ticket for the event 'Energy 92.7FM Anniversary Blast 2007'.

After the performance, which ended at 2AM, i was pretty hungry someone told me there is very nice 24 hour open Indian Restaurant in the city
i should try at the concert, i thought its nice idea.

The line was huge, for the order, I was in queue expecting at least 20-30 minute before i can order and then another 20-30 minute to get my food, don't wanna get bored in line so with friendly smile i started talking to some people who were ahead of me, they came from some art exhibition, one lady was Artist, another was Admission officer, and the guy was skateboard rider in the hills of SF. They looked pretty confused in ordering food, one lady do not want to have curry or rice ..and meat...big trouble at Indian Restaurant...because thats what pretty much u can get in US...so told her have Samosha :)

So it was beginning of our conversation and told them i am going to join their table which they happily accepted..It was very nice having someone to have dinner with specially when its crowded or empty.

We talked on variety but one thing stuck in my mind....

After going through a lot of question answer on how and what is essential for women to get married to guy...She said lot of things but

One great thing she said.."Sufficient Money"....

Om:- What is meaning of "Sufficient" here?

Means..When I am at the dinner table with my loved one...I don't have to look at money in my pocket or think about bills that are due..

That..I never have to borrow or take credit(money) for my daily needs.

I don't have to save or cut my pocket for gift on festivals or birthdays...

Om:-Very nice

That I can give good life to my kids ..not luxury but their needs/essentials are fulfilled without asking :)

Om:-) Huge Smile ...and felt really nice ...meeting that person...she is happily married to someone for 10 years..and living her great life with generosity in smile...that drown me towards her.

I felt I had great weekend...which Ended up really nice!!!

Back in days for rural population, when this English music were available thru Short Wave Radio's in India, Some time late in the nights when receptions used to be good ...i used listen...I had this thought whoever bringing this music must be genius...thanks to those genius who invented electronic synthesizer...and now with computer we have the widest and greatest opportunity to create music as and what we like..sometime we want to play our own old favorites songs with music we want to listen.

1999-2004 Mostly this was the time i started dancing in weddings and started discorvering Electronic music, thanks to Indian DJ specially DJ Aqeel, DJ Suketu and DJ Nasha,
Most influential at the time was in 2000 Darude-Sandstorm, then were many at once in Goa, but not remember anybody's name.
2004-2007 Came to US, couldn't believe what i saw...Hip-Hop was ruling everywhere, was in love with POP, LOVE, BLUES and Many of Hip Hop to,
Then came to the world of free music thru internet downloaded my songs ..at the this i downloaded eurodance party music almost 2000
songs, kept my computer on for a week to finish download all those songs.
Introduced to website who compares and talks about DJs, loved to many. No doubt there rating is close to what most like and who is ruling for example...I love Armin's music ...but dint know the song i like the most was by DJ Shah....

Best time i had when i got company in Cleveland with bunch of my good European American friends..traveled with them to listen music around US. our ultimate goal were always the best of music we wanna hear.

Here are list of DJs i have seen personally. I have been to shows in most of DJs, I enjoy the energy and company of friendly people ..who are in love with dance and music.

I had no surprise or things to understand immediately understand the whole concept... when 3D graphics is in place for years, multi player gaming with avatar are available and social networking websites are booming...

I am thinking of owning a virtual land which will cost me actual $$$.
Really there you have to buy in $, and start doing :)

Time to move in life again...After staying in once place until 18 ...then moving for school to different town was different ....

Moving from Town i studied to Mumbai after 4 year was pretty nostalgic experience...dint know will ever get chance to visit the city..or at least getting a small part of life in again in same town.

Same happened when moved to US after four year in Mumbai....

Now its time ...living in Ohio for 4 years moving to California is giving same nostalgic feeling...yesterday...i was walking hours in the streets alone just to feel it before leaving.

Usually, IPO is when a company issues fresh shares to the public to raise capital. A disinvestment is when the owners sell a part of their holdings to the public.

There's a saying - the government has no business to be in business.
Our Manmohan Singh and PC are going for a 'hybrid IPO' (for lack of a better word) to get around the Left's opposition to disinvestment - which is ultimately disinvestment under the guise of an IPO :))
Its a nice creative solution - need more of these to circumvent the foolish but powerful leftists.

About de-investment, Tata, Birla, Ambani ...all combined were 10% of holdings on Indian Capitol earlier, now ...except oil and railways, govt has failed to raise if compared to private. I am not against privatization, but India's population needs fair distribution of money/market/means(Social****). Govt should help private sector to build such policies to act for good cause of nation and people. Not to stop, I am sure, power sector is doing really good and it will grow atleast 50% for next 20 years,
Who the hell will not spend money, selling is good idea for government if they cant really compete with privates else they should sale it, i know buying is best idea to, the cost of infrasture in those company will be more than 2400Cr, India's real state market we know already.

I hate congrase when they listen to people who are cheap like CPI/M...and also over themself when they cant really sell or buy...

I want to add...Congress majboori mein Left ki sun raha hai...its because the people sent those @ssh0les to Parliament. Saare desh ko bhugatna padta hai. I would say the Congress is doing a stellar job on the economic front - purely because we have Dr. Singh and Mr. Palaniappan Chidambaram holding the reins. Inspite of all the constraints of coalition politics, they are steering us well - next year's growth forecast is 9.2% - something even the BJP could not manage. And the BJP did even have to take along the Leftists.

If you allow the privates to flourish, the benefits always have and will trickle down to the less priveliged. See how many jobs Mukesh Ambani created by setting up Reliance Telecom, or Tatas by setting up TCS. Which govt. organization can claim to the do the same?

For infrastructure, the new buzzword is PPP - Public Private Partnership. Not sure what exactly that means, but one thing is clear that given the scorching pace we are growing at and need to grow at over a relatively long period of time to eradicate poverty, Infrastructure development is no longer just necessary, but critical. And that needs not just the govt., but even the corporates to loosen their purse strings. What the govt. needs to keep in mind is that they need to create incentives to make the private industries part with their money. Jobs and all-round development will naturally follow.

When, I woke up early morning today...I had just a sleep for few hours but a fresh dream woke me up..saying get up go and look at the beautiful morning..you will like it.

I woke up..in a minute went out..saw the beautiful sunrise by the pond..and that orange sky..a sun the one who is going spread the light that will spark the light in most living creature on that earth.

Working hard for couple of weeks ..i get time off this weekend..and spend my weekend with meeting new people and some old friends...had some nice discussion how people run for their life and where they land ....Heard a lot about good or bad man...Lets see what really it takes to be a good man.

I am sorry ..if anyone interacted with me recently find me guy who has got attitude.. or something...I am never like that...but i felt ..I have been tough and getting things straight...which might make u upset ...or feel i have changed than...I am sorry.

Past couple of months has given so many things to think about...some silly things...

If i drove 1500 miles ..came to hotel at 3 A.M. and someone calls me at 5A.M...I think i have right to get upset...specially when u r aware of my time.

If u know me enough that i will consider...i have told and u might have found out by getting along with me...and you still behave like ...you dont know me...u r upsetting me....

I have got whole lot of dreams...somewhere sometime..I have considered your wellbeing ...thought you will do that..and...i tried my best to help you...and you are still stuck....
I am sure you are upsetting me...

Do i look ...someone..who is desperate to get married..and you are trying to hook me up with someone ..without knowing me enough whom or what kind of personality of a women should be good for me....specially when u know me enough...you are upsetting me.

I have always been someone ..who guides...convince..been mediator ..and glue for any kind of get together...You made a joke at my cost ..thats all right...you believe in my that capability...but trying to test yourself..with my knowledge...you are welcome...but when u take this negative...u r upsetting me...

I felt like 30 few months ago...started thinking ...what the achievement i had in these 4 years in US...I was pretty upset...other than good job ..salary and money..I thought so much...my measure for success is always different....I tried to achieve and be around people i liked..if i dont get ...i feel failed...that did upset me...

Yes ..I go out...I am outgoing personality...I love people in general...always interested in meeting new personality...if people consider this as ...i am too much into this..and i have changed ...then...thats not true..I am very personal to every individual i meet...I respect...and with my all possibility..I try to keep things moving with everyone...without hurting...Thatswhy..I have been called nice guy...nice bro...nice person...nice nice nice.....So i consider everyone is nice...Even though...i know ur not nice side..I wont mention...when u show that to me ...u upset me...

If u r not smart...not understanding...a lame..a kid..a not known person...you somehow respect me...and look over me for many suggestions ..thats alright...but don't forget........I tried my best to let u know...what u should do...Now you consider me for being with all the time...u are upsetting me...since i know... those stations ..which i had passed by but not halted or stopped.

I lost 10 lbs in 45 days...thinking about upset...things...thought what the hell has happened to me...Got scared and ...really while dancing ...i hurt my back...and kept hurting with bad posture of seat ...and sleeping in sofa...finally got pain...

Went to hospital..thinking ..there must be something wrong with me...lost weight ...now feel like 30....Did complete checkup....spending 1567$ from my insurance.

Well..

I have got...

heart of 20 year old...thanks for my dance and swim
Kidney of 20 year old...
lungs ...healthy and awsome...
nothing on blood...healthy...

Overall...I am on early twenty ..with my health...and routines and enjoyment...late thirty in thinking..and too old ...to understand many.

So i became happy...confident ...positive..

Roaming around America...

Started experimenting with different food...and tried cheese ...I felt ...i can eat cheese ..well cooked with any spicy food ...

After another 45 days now..back to my old figure ...160lbs.

However ...I am still getting upset...Like last week....dude..who is like "Cat in rocking chair sees the world is felling apart"...scared and out of his lame attitude..complained ...I took it positive..delivered and made pretty good stand in my own eye..his eye and his boss's eye.

If u r freaking ..lame and scared..does not have confidence....Dont blame anything...u might upset me

Making Effort itself is not Cool ...making effort for relationship building and taking care of business, to achieve anything is not considered as cool...being cool is about being(self); In other word making yourself in way that things should come along your way.

When you make effort, either you pull or you get pushed...and even with that something comes in your way is not natural...its stretched...used...pushed ..and having those is also not cool.

I could make an account here...being cool is actually art....We all lead the same lives… We all eat, sleep, socialize, take care of our finances, pursue whatever activities we decide to undertake, and do all the basic things that life may bring along.

Some however, choose or are naturally pushed to live their life in a different way..Thats cool...because being different and doing different is also cool (here its success or right).

My other friends says to another friend who seams enjoying his life at most and i will call him cool, that he must have done something in his previous life...or he is lucky to have all these in your life.

Being cool is not about what you have done..its about what you are...everything is present..bringing the past is also not cool...who cares what u were...

Becoming cool is not expensive hobby in which only the privileged can obtain as we think, since its mostly considered about dressing expensive and designer cloths, eating in expensive restaurant, driving expensive cars etc....Thats not true....Its about whatever you have..and how u present yourself with that. Dreaming about those and thinking when you will have those ...you will be cool...Itself is not cool.

Today...while i was having breakfast with fruits(Water melon, green melon..pineapple..and grapes) ...I screwed up with my shirt while i was making a hole in grapes to catch in fork using glass plates....I was struggling to catch one specific for more than a 2 minutes and then finally tired ..used a lot of presser on one sliding face available...sssshhhhhhut...It shoot me with speed and throwing the fruit juice allover my office shirt..... :))

For some children the streets are where they look to find their home, their parents, their playground, their education, their health care, and their love. For others, the streets are where they work, from as early as sunrise to as late as midnight. To be street children is the plight of so many young children in the capital city of Mumbai!

Causes of Street Children
The unemployment status of many parents, peer pressure, unwillingness to submit to parental control, parental neglect, sexual abuse leading to children running away are some of the many factors leading to children being in the streets. There's an estimate of 5 Lacks children on streets of mumbai from the age of 3 to 18.

Effects of Street Life
Our social workers remind us that the negative impact of street life on children is enormous. Many street children lack basic rights such as education, family love, healthcare, good food, and safety. Other disadvantages include exposure to drugs, the risk of being knocked down by cars, harsh punishment for little offenses, the early arrival of adulthood, association with the wrong people and criminals, and loss of family ties and particularly sexual abuse by the so called dadas on streets.

Don Bosco - Wadala
In Don Bosco Homes, to be in contact with a street child means the child benefits from Don Bosco Homes programs: facilities and services. Monthly documentation figures show that Don Bosco Homes is reaching some 5000 Mumbai street children with counseling, medical attention, advocacy, feeding, legal-aid, skills training for older boys willing to do so, family reunification, literacy, academic assistance, games, and football. The children themselves run to Don Bosco Homes centers when in trouble or when they are sick.

Don Bosco - Lonavala
The Don Bosco Lonavala unit is a drug rehabilitation center for this street children. After undergoing the physical detoxification at sion hospital, this children are taken to Lonavala for mental detoxification In Lonavala they are taught values of life, health care, Yoga, to read and write, develop some skills of their own like "mechanics, tailoring etc.". After finishing the 3 months rehabilation program, children start to dream about their future and Shelters - Don Bosco tries to fulfill their dreams. Its really very pleasing to be associated with this great institute. Helping Hands is a direction to help the society in any way its possible for them. Shelters is our current direction.

जब अहम का आकार बड़ा हो जाये तो शायद अंहकार बन जाता है; मतलब आप अपने को इतना उंचा समझने लग गए हो की नीचे वालों को नीच की तरह देखने लग गए हो।

Both ego and excessive pride comes due to one's possessions, material wealth, intelligence or powers.

There is nothing wrong to keep your Ego, but sure not excessive pride.

Definition looks same but not: Both gives an individual the feeling that he is superior to others. Ego is positive but excessive pride is negative because It leads to envy, feelings of enmity, and restlessness amongst people.

Without Ego, world would have never come in this shape that we see now.

Lot of people asks me, whats my religion, I always answer with I don't follow any religion in particular neither i practice. But I do have faith/believe which is mostly called humanity. Some of my faith has great influence of My Guru Satnam(True Name) and some after combined study of many other religions.

Truth is God and thats the form of god i respect.
Truth is the most precious jewel, one can wear it.
Truth teaches you Sadbhavna(good feelings), Satvik Vichar(pure/positive Thoughts), these has been the reason for growth of Human race.

Yesterday,

I came early in office...as described in previous post...before me there was another guy..dressed very casual ..i thought who cares ...went to his board (Conference room)...started talking very casually ...we talked so much about Cleveland and Atlanta, Cleveland Indians, browns and other stuffs. before I his board left we were introduced by names.

At lunch ..he came to my cubical and asked ..Hey Mr Cleveland are you gonna have lunch with us at Caribbean(Jamaican). I said alright..so I went with them with one fancy guy from Denver who drives fancy car...which beeps when its too close to object while its moving :).

At restaurant ..people started asking me if i have been there before i said yes...whats my favorites well.. Jerk Chicken and Shrimp & Chicken curry. So many of them ordered same ...i warned them this food is going to be spicy..they said alright.

At the table ..after five minute...I need more Ginger beer ...Oh i need another glass of water...uuussssss...iiiiisssss....I need some more paper towel....most of them were sweating..It was pretty amusing... Then introduction started...Hi I am Om...Consultant....I am XXXX Director XXXX, Director YYYY, Director ZZZZZ, and finally the guy whom i talked to very casually this morning and one who invited ...Vice President :0

Holy crap..i am laughing over this guys...but its not my mistake ...it was funny..and amusing..the way we talked and started comparing about food...

Conversation ends with very usual question...So, Om where u from?

I was scared, I was tired, I was excited, I was in pain...but thought of working ...made me happy, I think i hate doing nothing, my idle mind is very active and always ready to do some kind of khuraphati(crazy, weired creativity in good sense)...

Last wednesday, Americans celebrated their independence day, I am in US, I enjoy this every year myself, this was 4th independence day celebration in here.

First time was in 2004, DC, one of the best firework i have seen...after India's new year at Chaupati in Mumbai.

2005, Celebrated in cruise, At Atlantic ocean.

2006, Shooters Cleveland, hero of that day was two 3-4 year old kid, danced allover the floor and entertained at least 1200 people.

2007, Tried to be hero, danced and screwed up with left back rib after lot of tango and pick-up dance.

So i was in pain...It continued ...slept in sofa and it increased...and danced on Saturday...it became unbearable ....

So the joke is...with all that pain...and suffer....i was still happy that i am going to work from Monday...

Came to Atlanta Last night, slept early..woke up at 6:30, did ironing...which i don't in general..rather buy a new shirt....anyway...was in 90% formal..except tie.. I was early in the office thought of going to visit client.....

And got a mail....

hey things are postponed for next week

What???

Yes....

Holy crap....Why i did that...now who is going to take care of my expense 1500$ ..I have no idea yet....

Karma: Actions performed in this life (In Hinduism it accounts past life as well), the fruit of your of your actions is sum of your bad and good karma.

Some who believes in that and some just think don't, religious believe can change your perspective over karma. यार आज ऐसी बारिश हो रही है, अपने माध्यमिक विद्यालय के दिन याद आ रही है, बारिश में दौड़कर एक बड़ी छतरी में चार विद्यार्थी पाठशाला जाते थे । और ऐसी बारिश का इन्तेजार रहता था की इस बहाने क्लास से छुटकारा तो मिलेगा फिर ...क्लास में जाते ही टीचर को कहते ...सर बारिश के वजह से लेट हो गए और थोड़ी सी पढाई और छुट्टी ..वाह ...दौड़कर घर आते रास्ते में ग्डौ में भरे पानी के साथ उछलते कूदते ॥ घर आते ही मम्मी के हाथ का बना हुआ गरमा गरम ...पोहे और बाजू वाले मिथैया के यहाँ का जलेबी ...वाह वाह....मेरे लिए तो जीरा में तला हुआ चावल और करेले की सूखी सब्जी ...लार टपका जाती है।

यह सब अमरीका में कहाँ पर फिर भी याद दिला गयी आज की बारिश ...बील्कुल मानसून की बारिश थी...

वैसे याद आया आज मेरे सपने का सालगिरह भी है, आज के ही दीन १९९५ कोह मेरा PET में सेलेक्शन हुआ था और इंजीनियर बनने की सपने को साकार होते देखा था।

बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण दीन है आज ...चल पार्टी मनाता हूँ ।
